The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and the rooms were clean. The location is in the middle of a market, without too much noise, though the windows don't offer a good view. Food was a 4 out of 5. Room size was fine, but the amenities need serious upgrading. The wall lining is swelling from water, the commode spray leaks, the elevator door doesn't close when more than three people are inside, and the bathroom knobs in nearly all four rooms we booked wouldn't shut properly. One cupboard handle was broken too. The staff helped us through all of these issues. With better amenities, it could be a 5 out of 5, but there were several ways the stay could have been better.
