The bathroom was not clean at all, and the room was expensive despite having no facilities. I was extremely disturbed. They made me leave my car on the road, even though they first said parking was available for ₹200. Someone hit the car and drove off, leaving a dent that cost me ₹4,000 to repair. When I complained, they made excuses, saying the person who caused it wasn’t there and giving other reasons. A very bad experience.

I booked a family room, and it was clean, as was the washroom. They provided basic amenities, and the staff were polite and cooperative. The hotel is close to the Golden Temple, so it’s easy to walk to the Gurudwara and Jallianwala Bagh. Overall, a good experience.

The owner’s rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful way of speaking to guests made a poor stay even worse. They argue arrogantly instead of fixing problems, and there’s no hospitality. The rooms are badly maintained and not worth the price, cleanliness is below average, and basic facilities are missing. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this place.

It’s in a galli, about 400 meters from the golden temple. Uber taxis won’t come to this location, so use an auto to get there. The room is small, but it has hot water, a bath towel, complimentary water, TV, and bathroom chappal. There’s no tooth or shaving kit. Several vegetarian hotels are nearby, and you can walk to the temple and Jalianwalabag. There’s also a lift and a restaurant.
