The receptionist said the city view room I paid for wasn’t guaranteed, since it depends on availability on the day we check in. I’d pre-booked specifically for that room, so I asked him to check whether it was already booked. He said it wasn’t, but that we’d see on check-in day. Then why pre-book at all if there’s no certainty about the requested room? It’s funny. He said this was on Inderpal Singh (MD)’s instructions. Strange.

The staff were really helpful, and the rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities. Food and service were great, too. It’s close to all the tourist spots, so I strongly recommend it.

That window had a beautiful view, and the rooms were nice and clean. The service was the best I’ve ever seen. A happy stay here was worth it. Thanks.

I booked through the OYO app, but everyone I met mentioned that this hotel wasn’t good for families. It doesn’t have a city view or seem close to the city, either. Families should avoid it.
