OYO 10455 Hotel Royal Dreams

The staff were really helpful and cooperative, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. 🤩🤩👍👍

The room smelled horrible, the lights weren't working, and despite booking an AC room, my money felt wasted. It was full of bed bugs and cockroaches. Hotel service was very bad, and the people at reception were arrogant and drinking at night. Please avoid staying here.

The location is near the train station, though far from Amritsar's main attractions. My shower had no hot water, and there was no WiFi in the room or air conditioning. The TV didn't work either. Staff didn't help me with anything. Lots of people hung around all day joking instead of cleaning. If the staff actually did their work, this could be a very good hotel.

It's on a narrow service lane near Bhandari bridge, close to Golden temple and some well-known places to eat. But for the price, the rooms aren't up to the mark: they're poorly ventilated, and the hotel linen wasn't clean. We also had the washroom water stop at odd hours.
