The hotel's one saving point is how close it is to the Golden Temple. The rooms had no ventilation, felt suffocating, and smelled bad. The toilets were so filthy that going in was simply impossible. They advertised twin beds but gave us one bed, so guests would have to use an extra mattress on the floor. After seeing the room, I took my family straight to another hotel. It wasn't ideal either, but it was still better than this place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't be taken in by the location. You can't use the rooms, and it's a waste of time and money. A decent hotel and a battery rickshaw to the Golden Temple would be a better choice, as there are plenty available. When I raised the rooms' basic standards with the manager, he disappeared. He showed up again at the reception desk once we were leaving with our bags.

The room itself was clean and tidy, but the photos don't match what you actually get, and the staff were very unprofessional. It felt like they were cheating us. At checkout, go to reception an hour before your planned departure. They won't let you check out unless you've given them stars for their service.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The main sights, including Golden Temple, Jallianwala, and Sree Durgiana Temple, are nearby. I had a memorable stay and would choose this hotel again whenever I visit Amritsar.

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the Akal takht entrance to darbar sahib Harimandir sahib, which made the location really convenient. Everyone was helpful, and talking with danish felt like being at home. I left feeling very content and satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to Danish Malhotra and all the staff for making it comfortable and memorable. God bless you all. Waheguru 🙏 I’d recommend the property and plan to stay here on future visits.

The room smelled dirty and wasn’t clean. There was dirt all over the almirah, chairs, and dressing table, and the AC looked like a 1990 model. With those conditions, the price was far too high.
