The staff were polite and willing to help, and I found the room clean and quiet enough to relax. AYUSHMAAN Premium Hotel isn't overly fancy, but it's a dependable, comfortable choice that I'd recommend.

The rooms smelled terrible and were full of mould, and the customer service was horrible. There was nothing likable about the stay. I can't call it a hotel or a guesthouse. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed like a nice, efficient young gentleman, which made the place sound good, so we were shocked when we arrived and found the opposite. The place was very dirty, and the online pictures looked like they had been taken when it was first built. The rooms are now dirty beyond cleaning, with mould on the walls, a terrible smell, and insects, including big cockroaches. Even so, they were rude and asked customers to leave. No courtesy, zero manners, and awful service. The worst part was the booking. Booking.com says the stay is booked until your arrival day and no payment is needed, but the hotel sends a cunning message asking you to reply if you want a confirmed booking. When you reply, they ask for a deposit. That's not in line with Booking.com rules. They're flouting business rules and ethics because they know their rooms are terrible.

The rooms were unclean and mouldy, and the toilets were dirty. There was seepage on the walls, and the rooms were in a dilapidated state. The pictures on the apps seem to have been taken from the web, since the actual hotel looked very different from what was shown. The approach is narrow, but that's the least of the problems. Very disappointing. I left without booking and wouldn't recommend it.

The quiet setting and quick response from the staff made the stay pleasant. At AYUSHMAAN Premium Hotel, the room was properly maintained and the basic facilities worked well. A practical option for travelers who want comfort without complications.
