The photos on their website are fake, in my view. My stay at Hotel Jubilee, Bhavnagar, was very unpleasant, and I feel people should know before booking. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wouldn’t return and would suggest finding somewhere else in Bhavnagar, even if it costs a little more. Comfort and peace of mind matter. The biggest shock was finding cockroaches, a rat, and pigeons inside the room. The room and bathroom were in poor shape, with unclean floors, stained linens, and a neglected feel. The doors were difficult to open and close, and the place didn’t seem maintained. Staff interactions were disappointing as well. They seemed more concerned with collecting payment than helping with problems, and didn’t appear interested in the guest experience.

They charged me 110 rupees for a cup of tea, and there were lots of hidden charges. The place had no cleanliness or hygiene. Worst hotel in town, never visit.

I booked a room through MMT for an employee. When my employee got to the hotel at 9PM, they were told there were no rooms available. The hotel cancelled the booking from its side and gave the room offline. I suggest not booking ofline. 🚫🚫👎

The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the bathroom was untidy. The AC didn’t work, and even the drinking water provided was poor quality. I told the staff about the problems, but nothing was done. Reception and service were extremely unsatisfactory. The whole experience was unpleasant and unclean.

The bed cover was very dirty, and the rooms were old. The flush didn’t work properly, and the washbasin drain pipe went directly into the floor. The balcony door was closed because it was too dirty and smelled bad. During a power failure the generator didn’t work either. There were rates running in the rooms and damage to bags. They only show exterior building photos, and the room photos are fake.
