The manager Ane and the staff spoke to us with no manners at all. Service here is bad, and I wouldn't choose this hotel for a place to rest.

Checking out was a mess: they demanded extra money, started arguing, and fought with me. The person at reception and the staff get drunk at night. This stay was a nightmare. Stay away and keep safe.

I paid 1100 for this place, which was a terrible deal. An auto driver brought me here and, I think, had a commission arrangement with them. It felt more like a prison than a hotel. For under 500, someone might find it acceptable.

The room smelled bad, the AC didn't work at all, and service wasn't proper. They also added extra money as a service charge. Don't book here, you'll get scammed.

The food service was awful, and the waiter abused us. Staff treated us very badly and slammed the door shut. Honestly, sleeping on the road would be better than dealing with this behavior.
