OYO 28409 Hotel Big City

The room was in a horrible state. The AC, TV, and exhaust fan weren't working, and there was no cleanliness. After many calls, the staff member finally came. He said he was alone and couldn't show us the room, so after a long discussion he just handed over the keys and told us to check in ourselves. I had paid 200rs for early check-in, yet waited almost half an hour at reception. They didn't provide bedsheets or blankets either, and one of my friends got sick without a blanket in the AC room. I had this kind of experience because the staff were not cooperative.

There were insects on the mattress, and they didn't provide basic things like glasses, towels, or water. The landline didn't work, service was poor, and the staff were ill mannered and didn't respond. The images were deceptive, and OYO shouldn't promote this place. Even if it's the last hotel available, it's the worst option to book. Worst experience of my life.

The rooms smelled bad, the TV didn't work, and the geyser wasn't controlled by the bathroom switch. Its switch was controlled by the owner. They provided no towel, soap, water, or breakfast. The hotel is in a dark area, and you can't go outside alone or with family. If you're with family, please don't waste your money here. The property refused online payment, and if you paid that way, they would say there was no room for you.

For a short stay of 5-6 hours, this guest house is fine and the price is okay. Hygiene and cleanliness are lacking, so I wouldn't say it's good for families. The staff's attitude is really bad.
