OYO 37351 Hotel Krishna Royal

The rooms were cramped, dirty, and had dirty bathrooms. The staff treated me as if I’d reached hell. I hated my Amritsar trip because of this hotel. They even charge for a glass of water, while you get one free on a flight. They first told us the charge was for one day, or 24 hours. After my family and I had settled in, they doubled the charge at checkout, saying the 24-hour rate had been a mistake and they charge by 12 hours. I was already running late for my flight, but they still argued. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve seen in my 31 years. For a pleasant trip, I’d advise tourists to avoid it.

The staff were uncooperative, and the way they handled our request for the complimentary breakfast promised during booking was rude and aggressive. It felt like false advertising. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and the bathroom had no towels or face soap. They didn’t even offer us or the kids a glass of water when we got there. This was my worst hotel experience ever, and all the hassle spoiled our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The manager and staff behaved rudely, and the service was a terrible experience. When we questioned the extra money they demanded, they threatened us in an inappropriate way and abused us for objecting. They ruined our trip, and for the first time in my life I felt unsafe during such a frightening experience.

The rooms were too small, and the bathrooms were unhygienic. The staff didn’t value customers, and the owner had an attitude of his own. My experience was pathetic because of the staff. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel and this one is recommended, don’t go 😕
