Our stay was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean enough, and the front desk staff weren’t helpful. The shower didn’t work properly, and there was no toilet paper in the washroom. When we needed help after 10 PM, nobody answered the phone. The service overall fell short, so I’m surprised by the high ratings. Our experience was far from satisfactory.

The pleasant atmosphere, good food, and polite, helpful staff made our stay comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious, and the location opposite the railway station made getting around easy. Pax Welcome Inn - Amritsar is a practical family option for a visit to Amritsar. The hotel is also known for being near the Golden Temple and other attractions.

Breakfast was especially good, fresh and delicious, and the rest of the food was tasty too. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were polite and helpful the whole time. We had a great stay and I’d recommend it.

Mr. Jaswal at the hotel arranged a delicious, well-planned meal for us at the restaurant. The room service was very good too. The hotel is near the railway station and airport, and the Golden Temple is about 15 minutes away.

The staff were helpful and the accommodation was comfortable, so I had a good stay. My only suggestion is to keep the facilities maintained consistently.
