The project still has no OC/CC from the competent authority, despite all UPRERA deadlines having passed long ago. They claim to have deemed OC/CC, but that has no guarantee and was still pending as of 20 May 2025. Flat registrations are also pending, and the society's AoA is trying hard, but there's no result yet. The project has reportedly been listed under section 8 of UPRERA for a long time, while the builder is engaged with a new project under a different name and registration. Car parking was allocated arbitrarily, without any rationale. Daytime solar electricity doesn't seem feasible soon. Most of all, the people overseeing the project don't seem serious about the quality or completion of work assigned to subcontractors. The Vasundhara Grand was launched in 2015 as a luxury residential project, with a good concept and UPRERA registration # UPRERAPRJ4477. Buyers should consider home supply and demand and the feeling of being left out, but can't ignore the range of their hard-earned money.

The flats have huge balconies with cross ventilation, and the rooftop garden and Infinity Pools are standout features. I haven't seen another society in Delhi NCR maintained like this, with separate swimming pools, SPA, GYM, and party areas for ladies and gentlemen. Kids and senior citizens have dedicated spaces to enjoy too. Highly appreciated, and recommended to all.

The amenities, safety, and location are good, and having a market nearby is a real advantage. Still, it's an okayish society and doesn't seem that well planned. The pool, kids' play area, and parking all look like they weren't designed or laid out properly.
