OYO 3947 Hotel City Inn Tower

Given how close Hotel City Inn Tower is to the Golden Temple, I expected better hygiene and hospitality. The stay was extremely uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they seriously improve cleanliness and maintenance. The room looked poorly kept, with dirty sheets that seemed unchanged and small insects on the bed. It was impossible to rest comfortably. Several parts, including fittings and basic utilities, were broken or not working as a guest would expect. Cleanliness and upkeep were far below acceptable standards.

The staff were very rude, and the rooms and service were third class. I was so disappointed I could have abused them. If I could give negative stars, I would, because they really don’t deserve even one. Please don’t stay there, the staff and service are bad.

The staff behave badly and the service is bad. My personal request to all my brothers and sisters is to avoid staying there. They have negative reviews too, so check the reviews first. They have 78% uncomfortable reviews.

The location is amazing, and the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The rooms, though, weren’t good, and the walls were too dirty. My two stars are for the staff. I’d suggest renovating the rooms and the washroom lighting. If the property is looked after properly, it could be one of the best.
