There’s room for more than 30 people here, and the rooms are well built. It has a ramp and lift, and the caretaker is very nice. It’s an affordable place to stay, and many people book for a month or so. Parking was the one thing I found lacking: there’s no designated area, so you have to leave cars on the street, which isn’t comfortable for most people.
I stayed twice, and both times the manager seemed friendly at first and got me to commit to staying. Then he aggressively demanded double or triple the price that had been published and agreed earlier. That’s bait and switch, a kind of fraud. The hotel itself is fine, and the listed price was admittedly low when I visited, but if he needs to charge more, he should publish that and be clear at check-in. His behavior was horrendous.
The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were awesome.
There were cockroaches and the bedsheets were untidy. The room conditions were poor, and the behavior was inappropriate. I wasn’t told in advance about checkout, and nobody gave me any warnings.
The staff were rude, and the rooms were unclean and smelled bad. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the flush.
