The room was nice, the price was very reasonable, and the location is close to the main road.

The room I was given had several problems. There was no geyser in its washroom. Staff said hot water was centrally operated and should come from the tap after two buckets, but even after filling them there was no sign of hot water. They let me use the washroom in another room instead. There seemed to be poor coordination, as my room also had no landline phone and a torn bedsheet. Please check the whole room before you take it. My experience was just okay.

The food was good, and the staff service was really good. The bedsheet had small holes, and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The location is confusing to find, but it’s a good cheap option for staying in Amritsar.

My stay at Hollywood Heights fell well below acceptable standards, both for the room and for the service. The room was in poor condition, especially the washroom. Its fittings were broken, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. The state of the facilities left me deeply dissatisfied. There was also an unpleasant incident when I ordered breakfast. A staff member rang my doorbell with the delivery. When I took a moment to open the door, he shouted at me in an unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional way. He also tried to look inside the room as if inspecting it, which felt invasive and disrespectful. These problems point to lapses in maintenance and staff training. Please address them so guests feel welcome, respected, and comfortable. Training on guest etiquette and regular maintenance checks would help improve the experience. I trust you’ll take these concerns seriously, since this stay fell far short of what I expected. Thank you for your attention.
