Uncle was such a kind and gracious host, and on his recommendation we also visited Umananda temple. The rooms were clean, the property was well maintained, and the service was very good. Nilachal is just a 5 minute walk from the Kamakhya gate, where it's easy to find transport to the temple. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

The owner and support staff helped us get tickets for Maa Kamakhya Temple and arranged transport to other temples and popular sights around Guwahati. It's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, especially if you're visiting the temple. The Wi-Fi had a small connectivity issue, but it was manageable and didn't affect our experience. Highly recommended.

The owner was sweet and welcoming, and the homestay was neat and clean. It felt like home during my visit to Kamakhya temple. It's near Kamakhya Gate, where you can easily find a shared auto to the temple.

Hot water was reliable and much appreciated after a long day. The rates were very reasonable and the facilities weren't compromised despite the affordable price. The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with neat rooms and consistently good housekeeping throughout my stay at Nilichal Home. Great value for money.
