The room was spacious and comfortable for our three-night stay. The beds were nice, the AC cooled very well, there was also a fan, and the TV had YouTube Premium. The hotel is very good and the staff were good too. My main issue was the lack of hot water. When I asked, the manager was a bit rude compared with the staff and said, “Why do you need hot water in summer?” He also pushed me to remove my honest review and post a positive one, saying he didn’t like the review I had put up. His staff had agreed the day before check-in to a rate of ₹1000 instead of ₹1200 a day, so maybe he was taking that out on me. Either way, I’m giving four stars because there was no hot water. The stay was very good otherwise, and thank you to the team. Keep growing. We’d visit again and recommend staying here, but check the room services before paying. Don’t pay in advance.

On our Amritsar trip on 7 January 2025, three adults booked the hotel for 10 hours at ₹750, plus ₹50 for the e-rickshaw driver who showed us the hotel. The experience was good overall, though bargaining was a little tricky.

The rooms are new, and the location near the railway station is excellent. Great job.
