The owner is polite and helpful, and I thought the hotel was good. If you're looking at this review, I'd say go for it.

I paid an advance after seeing a good deluxe room early in the morning, confirming that room, and agreeing on the price. But when I arrived late at night with my luggage, they gave me an ordinary room and said the one I'd chosen had gone to someone else. They charged the same amount even though the room they gave me wasn't worth it. Since it was so late, I had no choice but to stay. The service was poor, and the response was arrogant. I don't know how they can run a hotel without professional ethics.

I visited on 30/5/2024 and was fully satisfied. I'm from Tripura. The hotel staff and owner were very good.

The location is definitely good, but the basic amenities weren't working properly. There was no lift to get luggage up to the top floors.

The staff are good, and they behave well with customers. The hotel is good too.
