Everyone was courteous and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The staff made our stay special with their support and hospitality. Excellent experience!
The beautiful, relaxing terrace view was a great place to unwind, and the food was tasty and well prepared. Service was good and the staff helped us throughout. Check-in felt quite late after a long journey, though. Even with that delay, I enjoyed the stay and found it memorable.
The rooms were really nice, the facilities were good, and the service was very nice.
The location is prime, with almost everything nearby, which makes this a good choice for a visit to Amritsar. The staff were supportive, helpful, and polite. Highly recommended.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Cockroaches were in the rooms, the bedsheets were filthy and covered in hair, and both the washroom and floors were unclean. The whole room was in terrible shape. It was an absolute nightmare, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
