Stone Wood Jungle Resort - Dandeli

The morning nature walk at 7:30 AM was a highlight, especially with the lush surroundings during monsoon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms felt luxurious and were very well kept. We also found the customer support team friendly and quick to help. There’s plenty of parking, along with basic adventure activities and a few indoor games. The pool was well maintained, but only 4.4 feet deep, which may matter to some. The food was delicious, and the resort is near beautiful Ganeshgudi with easy access to the river rafting site. My colleagues and I had a delightful stay, and I’d highly recommend it for a convenient getaway.

It felt like a home away from home. Mr Marvin FOE and Amanath were very cordial and looked after us throughout our stay. The property was clean and hygienically maintained, and everything was fantastic. A pleasant stay, especially for anyone who enjoys nature, good food, and a homely experience. I recommend it.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday at Stone Wood Jungle Resort, Dandeli, and the whole family, including our kids, had a fantastic stay. The property is tastefully done, surrounded by greenery, and very well maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and always smiling, and every meal was delicious and felt thoughtfully prepared. With a toddler and a 10-year-old, we appreciated the play area, indoor games, and activities that kept them busy. The resort also has adventure activities for 12+ year olds, and Dandeli Adventure Zone is close by for outings. It’s a lovely place to unwind and reconnect with nature, and a dream for picturesque photos. Highly recommend Stone Wood Jungle Resort for families, couples, or groups.

Amit at the Adventure Desk was helpful and guided us well on nearby jungle safari and water activities. We had a refreshing three-night break from city life at Stone Wood Resort, Dandeli, and it exceeded my expectations after I’d seen the chalet-style rooms and a few website gallery reviews. The resort sits in a valley with beautiful views, surrounded by nature. Our spacious rooms were spotless and luxurious, with well-equipped bathrooms and branded toiletries. The lawns and common areas were immaculate, and Wi-Fi was surprisingly strong across the large property. There was a nice mix of relaxing and fun: indoor games, in-house zip-lining and rope walking, a clean pool, and a peaceful walking track. The restaurant had a variety of delicious food, and the staff were warm and courteous. Mr. Somen’s friendliness and hospitality stood out, while Mr. Marven and Ms. Surekha at the desk were always helpful. From check-in onward, the staff made us feel cared for. Mobile network is limited, though Wi-Fi calling works well, and having your own vehicle is advisable. Special mention to Mr. Akash Sharma, the GM, who personally speaks with guests and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Absolutely worth a 5-star rating and highly recommended.
