There was no drinking water, TV, Wi-Fi, or breakfast. I booked online, but when I arrived to check in, they said they only take offline bookings, and they didn't refund my booking payment. I also didn't feel the place was safe for women. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Negative stars, if I could.

I booked and paid Rs.1400 online a week ahead, but when I arrived the manager refused to give me a room, saying they don't accept online bookings and asking for more money. OYO support passed me between seven people after repeatedly disconnecting my calls. Someone from the technical team claimed I'd paid only Rs.63 and said that amount would be refunded. I'm still waiting for the Rs.1400, and OYO is refusing to refund it. Friends of mine have had the same kind of experience. This has been my worst hotel experience so far.

A hidden gem in Lohegaon, with clean rooms, a friendly atmosphere, and kitchen service. The service was really nice, and there was no police problem. Worth trying.

They said there was no booking even though I'd booked online, and they wouldn't listen to me. There wasn't even a way to cancel. Please don't visit and risk losing your money.

Please avoid this place. My experience was terrible, and it didn't feel safe. There are lots of holes in the rooms, and I worried there could be a hidden camera. I wouldn't go there with girls.
