They speak politely when you check in, then treat you terribly at checkout. The staff are rude, don't clean, and seem to know nothing about hospitality. They also ask customers for extra money. It feels like they're taking advantage of pilgrims visiting the Golden Temple because they only care about money. Think very carefully before choosing this place. I'll never recommend it to anyone. Thanks, though there's really no thanks to give.

Avoid staying here. They quote one thing when you get the room and another when you leave, and sometimes charge double or even triple the going rate. The sardarji manager seems interested only in the money. Don't even consider the rooms.

Very poor hotel, with smelly rooms, cockroaches on the bed, and a dirty bathroom. There are dalal at the bus station who may forcefully take you to other hotels, which are also expensive and poor quality. This place is worth zero stars. Never stay here.

The room they showed us wasn't the one they gave us, and the one we got smelled bad. There were broken mirrors, stained and smelly sheets, and rude staff. When we asked for our money back, they refused and started arguing with us. We left, but they kept 700 rs, saying it was for fresh up. Please stay somewhere else.
