Regenta Central Amritsar is in a convenient location, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The bathrooms, though, look dated and need renovating to meet the hotel's overall standard. The food was decent, but taste, variety and quality could all be better. Upgrading the bathrooms and improving the dining options would make for a much better guest experience.

The buffet had a good selection, tasted good, and everything was fresh and nicely arranged. Staff kept checking if guests needed anything. Ms. Priyanka was especially supportive and friendly, and she made breakfast better for us. Mr. Rakesh also deserves thanks for his helpful service and professional manner. The team made everything smooth from check-in to check-out, and the warm hospitality left us comfortable throughout our pleasant stay at Regenta Central Hotel, Amritsar. The service was good, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast and dinner buffets had a great range of delicious choices, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous and prompt, which made the stay more pleasant. Our room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Since the hotel is centrally located, it was easy to explore Amritsar and nearby attractions. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

What stood out most was the service. The staff were caring, quick and polite, and even small requests were handled smoothly. It felt personal, and they made the stay effortless. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well kept, with a high-end feel. Regenta Central Amritsar felt premium without being fake or overdone. It surpassed my expectations, easily one of my best hotel experiences. Solid 6/5 stars from me. If you want comfort, luxury and top-tier service in Amritsar, this place is a no-brainer.

The hotel, staff and services were exceptionally good during my stay with my parents from 29/01/2026 to 31/01/2026. It was worth staying there and, apart from one drawback, a perfect stay in Amritsar. Guru Sahib is 2.6 kms away, and walking there isn't really an option because road safety conditions aren't good. Otherwise, 5/5. Location 4/5.
