The service was very bad, and the management seemed poorly organized. I also found insects on the bed.

The hotel's location is good, but the rooms are awful. Rooms facing the road get a lot of smoke from nearby chimneys. The owner was very rude and didn't even know how to speak to people properly. If anyone asked me to rate this hotel, I'd give it a negative score.

It's well placed if you're looking for a hotel near Golden temple. But for a clean room or helpful staff, this is the wrong place. I booked for five people and asked about AC later, only for the manager to say it would cost extra. A terrible experience.

The bathrooms were dirty, and there were bed bugs everywhere. My sister ended up with 35 bites in just four days. The owners did nothing and didn't seem to care. The photos are fake; the actual place is disgusting. I wish I could say it was clean and nice, but staying here was no good.

The rooms were tiny and dirty, the washroom was filthy, and the price was high.
