The owner and every staff member were supportive, polite, and helpful the whole time we were there. It was one of my best stays near Shri Darbar Sahib. I highly recommend staying here at least once. You'll have a wonderful experience. 🙏

I booked two nights after a long international flight, following their suggestion, and had confirmed parking ahead of time. Still, I had to call three times before anyone responded. Our car ended up blocking the street, and it nearly became an argument with people around us. Parking is said to be available, but it's on a very narrow street corner and kept locked. Every time you return, you have to call and wait for someone to open it. Getting in was stressful from the start. The night staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave attitude instead of helping and made us feel like a nuisance for asking for what had been promised. Poor communication and unhelpful service ruined the stay. It wasn't worth it, especially if you're traveling by car.

The staff were extremely rude, and this was one of the worst stays we've had. We checked out at midnight and moved to another nearby hotel. All the reviews look fake to me. We had booked online after looking at the photos and reviews, but the room was very, very small when we checked in. The washroom wasn't clean, and the jet spray pipe was held together with cello tape. Drilling and repair work started in the morning and carried on all day. If you want to torture someone, book this hotel.

Cockroaches were crawling on the bed and in the bathroom. I cried because it was too late to move to another hotel, and we were stuck there for the night. Nobody should feel that helpless while traveling. The room and corridor smelled like garbage and dampness, and the room was filthy. Blinds were broken, bathroom fittings leaked, and the kettle wouldn't even turn on. At 8 AM we asked for a glass of water and were told they could only provide it after 8:30 AM, when the kitchen opened. They wouldn't give an empty glass before then, which was unbelievable. The front office staff were defensive, argumentative, and dismissive, talking over us instead of listening. At checkout, nobody even came to the desk. This place was dirty, badly maintained, and unprofessional, and the staff showed no basic hospitality. Save your money, peace of mind, and trip. This place is a headache with walls.
