Hotel Krishna Palace

The staff were humble and helpful, and the rooms were clean, wide and airy, with basic facilities like AC and electric heaters. The bathrooms were spacious too. I stayed for a week, and the location made almost everything easy to reach. It’s on the busy Anand-Vidhyanagar road, with autos and cabs, food courts, restaurants and a multiplex all within walking distance. The corridor view in lovely weather feels awesome 😍😍👍👍. Good for staying with family or friends.

We arrived at 10.45 pm to find a smoking smell in the rooms. When we complained, manager dilip patel insisted it was paint smell and argued with us rudely. The linen was dirty too, but he blamed us for messing it up when we asked for clean linen. His last words were, “how much service should I provide.” This is one of the worst hotels in Anand city in my experience, a cheap hotel with rude staff. Be aware before going.

A decent place to stay, with spacious rooms and good staff. If a room has been locked up for a few days, it might smell, so you may need to get it sprayed.

The location is handy for dinner, with lots of choices outside in the evening, especially if you like vegetarian food, and there are dessert options too. There’s no breakfast facility, so you have to order from Zomato. For room service, you need to remind them to change the towel and provide shampoo and soap.
