We paid the full amount in advance, but the management showed no regard for our booking. Rizwan, the hotel manager’s employee, acted as if he were above the hotel owner. He was rude and unprofessional, with no empathy for guests who had travelled a long way. His behavior forced us to check out before the short stay we had planned. Very poor experience at The Umed Hotel. Not recommended.

The restaurant food is really good, with only mild spice, so be sure to try it. The rooms are kept very clean and well maintained, and the people and service are great. I’m glad we chose this hotel for our Jodhpur stay. It deserves a four-star rating.

We stayed for two days and got no service. They charged 2500/- for a night and called the room Super Deluxe, but didn’t provide toiletries or a towel, even after we asked many times. Manish ji Lodha, please take action before one day you’re sorry too. You could say it’s a hotel run because of the auto drivers. Every auto driver gets commission from here, and they all bring people to this place. Worst experience of my life so far.

Our family stayed for three days and loved it. The food was authentic and tasty, the rooms were clean, and the hospitality felt both professional and cordial. It was also easy to get around the city, with convenient access to the main market and road.

For anyone coming from outside Rajasthan, I’d say stay away from this hotel. The management was very rude and didn’t understand our situation. It felt like they were just taking our money for nothing. Don’t book online. It was the worst experience, with management showing zero understanding.
