Room service was efficient, but the hotel's upkeep was poor, especially the bathroom cleanliness. The rooms were spacious, though maintenance seemed lacking. I asked for an early check-in and explained that I planned to check out early, but still got charged an additional Rs.300. When I entered, the bedsheet hadn't been changed and the room wasn't clean enough. I complained and they fixed it promptly. Room service isn't available from 10pm to 6:30am. The complimentary items were two towels, one pair of used slippers, and two soaps.

The receptionist was rude and didn't know how to speak to a client. We had asked to book an early check-in, but he refused to give us the rooms and kept demanding an extra charge. At the last minute, he told us the rooms would be at the hotel opposite to “HOTEL REST & RIDE”. He said we'd get a room early only if we paid what he demanded, despite rooms being available. I suggest no one go to this hotel. It's the worst.

We selected early check-in, but they're demanding money illegally and threatening to kick us out. Their behaviour changed after they got money. They're rude and unprofessional, and gang up with locals. We feel unsafe as girls, with the creepy vibe and bad looks. We've been waiting here for 7 hours+ and still haven't been given a room.

Nice hotel, with good staff and a good location.

Walk-in guests get a lower room rate than people booking online, so it's a budget-friendly option.
