The common area was beautifully decorated and comfortable, so waiting there was easy. I arrived around 3am, and the staff let me stay there until my room was ready, which helped me feel safe and looked after at that hour. Sonia at the front office got me checked in as soon as she could so I could rest, and the process was smooth. Later, Jahingey from security gave me directions and helped find an auto at a fair local fare. A male receptionist with long hair, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also very attentive and kept asking if I needed anything. I felt welcomed. The housekeeping staff deserve special thanks. They were constantly cleaning and mopping, keeping the hotel very hygienic and spotless. Their hard work from both the men and women on the team really shows. Highly recommended.

I only had a day to see Jodhpur before my train after midnight, and Sonia and Ujjwal helped me make the most of it. They planned the day, suggested places to visit and good spots to eat, and shared tips for saving money while getting around. The staff also kept things clean and comfortable. The Blue City Tour with Ujjwal was the highlight. We spent over an hour walking through the beautiful blue lanes, and I’ll remember it. Since I was taking the train alone at midnight, they arranged a trusted auto driver, Ayub ji. He waited outside the station to make sure I boarded safely, which meant a lot. It was just one day at Moustache, but the team made it a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

I liked the quiet location, away from the crowded parts of town, and found it a comfortable choice if you want a peaceful stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the start. I’d accidentally booked a dorm online, and there was a small mismatch between what the booking showed and what their system had. The team dealt with it professionally and moved me to the dormitory I’d originally selected. I appreciated how promptly and cooperatively they handled it.

The friendly, kind management and the pretty, well-kept rooftops made this a good stay, and I’d recommend it. My room and bathroom were clean, and the restaurant next door was really good, though a bit expensive. They also have a musical show weekly. The downsides were lots of mosquitoes at night and a location somewhat far from the city centre and the main places people come to Jodhpur to see. Aside from those, everything was really good.
