There’s no lunch or dinner available at the hotel, and there aren’t nearby restaurants for those meals either. You have to travel almost 3 kms to eat. There are much better options near cochin airport at about the same rates, with more facilities. I wouldn’t choose the complimentary breakfast either: the food was cold as ice. When we raised it with reception, they plainly said they’d serve the same food to everyone and couldn’t do anything if we had a problem.

The hotel is near Cochin Airport, but getting a cab or taxi can be difficult. When we did get one, they asked 800 rupees for a 1.5 km trip. We booked 2 standard rooms: the TV wasn’t working in one, and the AC wasn’t working in the other. There was also a lizard in the room. The staff weren’t very friendly or supportive, and the bed was uncomfortable. Hot water was available in the room, and Swiggy and Zomato deliver there.

The staff were polite and attentive, and the service was excellent. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Being close to the airport makes it handy for a transit stay. We had a good experience and would recommend it for an easy stay.

We stayed one night before leaving for Munnar, and it was pleasant. The hotel is close to the airport, with very clean, tidy rooms and a well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast is complimentary, and the staff are helpful and good.

Our stay was completely spoiled by the staff’s behavior. From check-in, they were rude and unprofessional, speaking harshly instead of helping. Even simple requests got an arrogant response, with no courtesy toward guests. There was no hospitality here, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
