The Fern Royal Farm Resort Anjar

The food was the best part of our stay, absolutely excellent. Kajal ji took extra care of our infant, which helped us feel comfortable and looked after. Mr. Nanak Yadav, the F&B Manager, personally accommodated our special food requests for our senior citizen parents, and his attentiveness made a real difference. Thanks also to Dhana Shree, Rahul, Kajal, Ajay, Sanjeev, Trishna, and Pradhan for their warm service and support. Our room was good and comfortable, though the bathrooms were average and could use improvement. Some parts of the property need better maintenance, and we noticed flies in certain areas. The breakfast spread was decent but could be better. Still, we had a pleasant stay with caring staff and excellent food. Improving maintenance and facilities would make the experience even better.

Some of the staff were polite and helpful, which is why I’m giving this two stars instead of the one I feel the stay deserved. I spent three days at The Fern Royal Farm Resort Anjar after moving from another hotel, and unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay. Management and service coordination fell short, and the service quality, responsiveness, and guest experience all need improvement. I hope management works on service standards for future guests.

The activities were a real highlight, and Mr. Pawan, the Activity Manager, made them enjoyable. We tried Go-Karting, Zip Line, Skyline Ride, Archery, and Balloon Shooting. Breakfast was satisfying too. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Be careful when booking directly with the property. They may not pay close attention to your requirements and can offer an attractive deal at first, then later ask for extra charges that weren’t clearly explained. Lunch and dinner menus had very limited choices. The water tasted hard and seemed high in iron, which wasn’t ideal for washing hair, brushing teeth, or rinsing your mouth.

The villa service was poor, and we waited about 1.5 hours for food. At first they said a buffet was being arranged, but after nearly an hour we were told to order à la carte instead. The poor coordination and communication caused needless inconvenience. We booked a 4 BHK villa at Fern Hotel, Anjar, and had a theft inside it during our stay. We reported it right away, expecting help, but the staff response was very poor. There was no proper assistance or serious effort to investigate. There were also no CCTV cameras outside the villa, which made the area feel unsafe and raised serious concerns about guest security. This negligence around safety and service is alarming. We urge management to take it seriously and improve security and customer service. It was a very unpleasant stay, and we would not recommend the property.
