Sandra and Sandeep were a huge help and made our stay memorable with their exceptional service. We loved the peaceful feel of the peach villa, its beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, lovely flooring, and quirky restored antique furniture. It was a beautiful find, with modern amenities too.

Svrnima, the owner, was so welcoming. She met us, showed us around, and told us about the property’s history. The staff also made thoughtful little arrangements for us, and their hospitality made the stay special beyond the beautiful architecture. We were there with my family, the people I started my company with, and we couldn’t have had a better time elsewhere. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to visit again!

The service was spectacular. They brought our bags over from the Anjuana Car Park, took one of our group to pick up food from Dominos, and had breakfast, food, and drinks ready when we checked in. The two villas at the back are much nicer than the front one. The rooms were spacious, each with its own bathroom. The big miss was no AC in the shared spaces. Still, it was a really, really nice stay.

I travel full time and have stayed in lots of hotels, but I haven’t had better hospitality anywhere. The staff and owners really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The property is lush and green, with a beautiful pool, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The washrooms were totally clean. It’s in a perfect spot and offers the peace you want in North Goa. Highly recommended.
