I left after they said there was no room booked under my name, even though I showed them my Agoda reservation. I’d booked two nights and arrived late, around 19:30. They kept denying the booking, then offered me a room for a little more than double the price I’d originally paid. Scammers, don’t go anywhere near this place.

At 0:30 am, we left after being told the price was 1900 Rupee instead of the 915 shown in our booking reservation. When we first arrived and showed the booking, they didn’t seem to know what it was about. They were friendly and called the number from booking, then suddenly we were checking in and they showed us a room. It seemed okay, but didn’t look like the official pictures. Beware of scams.

I’ve added pictures to show what I mean. The room was a nightmare: the charging points were broken, the locks didn’t work properly, the curtains and glasses were dusty, and the mirror was cracked. They charged me 2300 rupees per day for this dismal place. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. This place is a disaster. Stay away from this hotel in Delhi Paharganj area.

The breakfast was very good, but traffic noise inside the room was loud. The toilet flush didn’t work properly, and fresh water meant the bathroom was wet from the cistern. It was okay for two nights, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

I booked five nights, and the hotel room and location were very good. The staff were supportive, and there was a wide variety at breakfast. The quality was very good and it was worth staying, but they need to work on the lift and the air conditioner in the room. Both are too old.
