The Front Office lady was exceptionally helpful and courteous. She walked us to our room, listened patiently whenever we raised an issue, and was always ready to assist. I stayed for two days and found the rooms comfortable, especially the ground-floor ones with a pool view. The overall stay was pleasant. I visited during the rainy season and felt pest control could be better. Housekeeping also needs attention: the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and although I asked several times for a bathroom freshener, I never received one. Aside from those things, everything else was satisfactory. I'd consider staying again if those areas improve.

The food was amazing, especially the dal tadka, aloo gobi sabzi, roti, puri bhaji sabji, sabudana, and plenty of other tasty dishes. Thanks to the great chef. The ambience is nice too, and the staff are good, responsible, and kind. The rooms were okay, but they need more thorough cleaning in every corner. Dust or other unclean spots could make someone cough or have an allergy. Please take responsibility for improving this at Rosetum. All the best for the future. Go for it!

The staff were prompt and friendly, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Rosetum Anjuna is conveniently located for Anjuna Beach and nearby attractions. A great stay with good hospitality. I'd definitely recommend it for a visit to Goa.

The reception team made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and Dalia was especially sweet and professional. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere suited a relaxing Goa trip. The whole team helped make our stay smooth and memorable. Looking forward to coming back.
