Hotel Sun Plaza

The spacious double room had AC, fans, and cable TV that all worked well. There's great parking at a reasonable tariff, and the bus terminal and Ankleshwar Railway station are nearby. It's right by the highway, convenient for road trips. Prompt service, tasty vegetarian dishes, excellent tea, and an ideal location earned this hotel five stars from me.

We went to inquire yesterday, and the manager quoted one rate. I agreed, checked in at the hotel register, then was given a different rate when it was time to pay. When we objected, that fraud manager was very rude and used profanity, even trying to throw us out. We understood what he was saying in our language and left. The staff are hopeless, especially the manager.

The rooms are really cramped, and the menu is vegetarian only. They do allow outside food in the room, which is no problem. The price is okay, but other hotels offer better facilities for the same money. The staff need training. Personally, I didn't like it that much.

The WiFi is terrible, and they only give one ID per day, even if you have two devices. The window ACs have no remote or temperature control, so if you get cold, you have to get up and switch them off. Breakfast is the same every day, and the food is average, maybe below average. The staff need to learn etiquette, and even the managers don't know how to deal with customers. It's an average hotel.
