Sadanand

The breakfast buffet had a huge range of choices, and the location is perfect. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a remarkably comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Highly recommended for families and couples. We'll definitely come back.

Our room door would not lock, leaving the room unsecured through the night. When we raised this in the morning, we were told it would be fixed by evening, but nothing had changed when we returned. The shower's hot water kept switching between hot and cold, so it was unusable too. Rather than move us to another room straight away, the manager argued and denied there was a problem, then spent over an hour trying to repair the door himself. We were finally moved at 11 PM, after needless stress and a serious risk to our safety. This poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel. Avoid booking unless it's your absolute last resort.

The food was awesome, and we were welcomed with a Namaste that felt true to Indian culture. It's a 40-year-old property that's very well maintained, and the employees are honest. Best hotel.

The staff were humble and really nice, the service was amazing, and the rooms were quite nice. But the food was a huge disappointment, especially for the price. I ordered two Garden of Greens salads for ₹320 while travelling, and got a box full of tomatoes, cucumber, and lemon instead. The food prices are too high.
