We stayed just one night. The other amenities were okay, and access to the beach was good, but I wouldn't consider this place safe for families or women. At check-in, I checked the room and washroom and they seemed fine. The next morning, the bathroom window had been left open by someone from outside, and the curtain was missing. The managers and owner said they had no way to find out who might have done it because the CCTV wasn't working and the cameras didn't cover every area. The property isn't fenced, so passersby, tourists, and locals can come in without restriction. They apologized, but the lack of basic security and their casual attitude weren't acceptable. This is a serious safety concern, and couples and families may want to avoid the property.

Aarambol Residency is a very good place, and we really liked the management. Mrs Lalit is a lovely person, and his way of handling guests is very good.

The food made at the house is authentic, and there's a great view right over the beach at famous north cliff. Well-known restaurants with live music are nearby too. The owner Jessy and Sebastian, along with staff like Chandran, were polite and helpful, including with getting a scooter. Everyone was so kind. For a low budget stay, my private room was clean, and there were no cockroaches like at some other cheap places. I'll come again. Greetings from Germany!

It's right next to the beach, and super economical. The place is hygienic and a great choice for an affordable long-term stay in Arambol. Cafe Cardozo is next door, with great food and hospitality. A beautiful place to stay.

We only had dinner, so I can't comment on the rooms, though we saw plenty of tourists staying at the hotel. We tried the restaurant because we were staying at a nearby guest house, and ended up loving the food. The chef has returned from Dubai and knows how proper biryani is made. The portions are good, the prices reasonable, and everything was yummy. Five stars for the taste, even if service is a bit slow. It was worth the wait. It's a basic place, with minimal decor and lighting, right on the beach. The restaurant is down a narrow lane that only two-wheelers can reach. There's no car parking, and paid parking is about a 15-minute walk away. We'll definitely go again next time we're in Arambol. Recommended to try.
