We arrived in the morning to be told there were no rooms, even though we had booked ten days earlier. They didn’t seem to care about our time or feelings, and offered another option that was very far from the beach. That Vikash Kaushik guy didn’t answer calls, and the staff were also safe. We came with a plan, and they ruined the holiday. A real scammer.

The person who took our booking promised a refund once he had a replacement booking. He got one, but never returned our money and then stopped responding. He also asked us to leave a good review and paid us for it, so the positive reviews you see are fake and misleading. I strongly advise people to avoid Love Paradise. It looked nothing like the pictures online, and the place was extremely dirty and unhygienic, in a slum-like area. The rooms smelled bad, water leaked from the bathroom, and maintenance was pathetic. Their so-called “standard rooms” were shockingly bad, with walls literally made of net cloth that left them feeling unsafe and exposed. There were rats and gutters between the rooms, and the bed area felt completely unhygienic. Sleeping there was impossible. This place isn’t worth your money, time or safety. Goa has cleaner, better options. Don’t fall for the pictures and reviews like we did.

A relaxed, down-to-earth place just a few metres from the lovely beach, while still close to the city centre and lots of good restaurants. The owner, "Vikki", is very helpful and always up for a funny chat or a philosophical discussion :)

The rooms and views were wonderful, and the service was excellent. It’s very near the beach, and you can also see russian guests here. Superb facilities, loved it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It’s a nice, peaceful place to stay. We especially liked the taste of the vegetarian food, and the service was good.
