We had a confirmed booking and had already paid, but when we arrived around 11:45 PM to check in, the hotel was locked. No one answered our calls, and we were left stranded. We never got to stay there. After a tiring journey, that was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Guests with confirmed reservations should be able to get support and access. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable stay.
The room is large, and for the price it’s good. My only issue was that there was no food available if you arrived late in the evening. They should consider this, since many travelers reach their hotel in the evening after a day of travel.
The place was clean and well kept, and I had a great stay in a comfortable room at an affordable price. Give it a try if you’re in Shillong.
Clean rooms and super friendly staff made for a pleasant stay, and the price was really affordable. One thing to keep in mind, the gates close at 2230 hrs, so get the reception guy’s phone number.
A nice, tidy place with good rooms. It’s well maintained, and you can book for a group too.
