Suresh, the handyman, was the bright spot here. He was cheerful and helpful, and the lounge, kitchenette and bedroom gave us plenty of room. The Wi-Fi was so weak that we had to buy our own data plan. Breakfast was average, and we only tried it once; basic options like eggs weren't available. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, with urine flecks on the toilet seat.

The owner was friendly, and the rooms were clean. There are three or four beaches nearby, and it's a lovely place to stay in Goa, between Arambol and Mandrem.
