Baga Grande

Our mistake was booking online. We reserved a six-hour stay through the Brevistay app, booking ID BR03090856, but when we reached after a long night of travel, they coldly said there were no rooms. The reception guy said he’d spoken with the hotel owner and told us to contact customer support. Support also called the owners, but it seemed they’d already sold every available room, including ours, to someone else for the full day. The owner acted as if he knew nothing about it. Outside the hotel was very dirty, with dog shit lying around, and people kept walking in to ask for rooms. If you arrive with your luggage and family, you could be left on the road. It’s the kind of hotel where you should walk in, look around, and only then book a room. I’d never book online with them again.
