The room is spacious, which was the only good thing. The nearby restaurants open at 11, close after lunch, and reopen after 7 PM, while the hotel has no room service. Soiled plates may sit until the next day. The lobby and corridors are pitch dark, especially at night, apparently to save electricity. That could be a disaster in an emergency. The room gets wet cleaned once every two days, and the bedsheets are changed once every three days.

Even though I was there for only a short time, the staff at Super Townhouse Oak Mangalore made my rushed trip much easier. I checked in late, around 9 pm, hoping for a quiet room with good air conditioning so I could sleep properly. The front office team upgraded me to a suite and quickly arranged an iron box, which put me at ease. I had early meetings the next morning and checked out early, but the staff kept my luggage safe. They continued helping after checkout too. I came back in the afternoon for a few things, then returned around 10:30 pm to collect my bags before heading out again. The team stayed polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout. Their thoughtfulness and customer care left a lasting impression, and I’d gladly recommend Super Townhouse Oak Mangalore to anyone visiting for business or leisure. Their service made all the difference.

I booked this property through Agoda for 2 nights and had a confirmed reservation, plus a message from the hotel team on the Agoda app. But when I arrived with my family, including a young child, reception said there was no booking in my name and no rooms available. The property also lacked proper parking, although Agoda clearly listed parking as an amenity. After a long journey, this caused a lot of stress. Because of the hotel's mismanagement and incorrect listing, I had to scramble at the last minute to find somewhere else to stay. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic reliability, honest listings, and professional handling of confirmed bookings.

The photos made the room look good, but it wasn’t the same in reality. The room wasn’t neat or tidy, and it was dusty throughout. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the window curtains were covered in dust and untouchable, and there were stains on the bed linens and pillow cover. A really bad stay.

The location is nice and the receptionists are kind. It's a budget room, though housekeeping wasn't up to the mark, and cleanliness is a major concern.
