It was quiet with no noise disturbance, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless too. For the price, the rooms are okay. Complimentary items are limited to towels and soap. I’d recommend it for a budget stay in the 850-1500 price range.
The female staff, especially Soumya and her assistant, were rude and arrogant, shouting and arguing loudly in the corridors. They seemed to argue with customers instead of helping, showed no respect, and lacked basic communication and hospitality skills. The service and management were the worst, completely unfit for the hospitality sector. My stay from 28th September2025 to 1st October2025 was terrible. The rooms were filthy and weren’t cleaned daily. There was no sweeping, mopping, or dusting, and basic amenities were missing.
The maintenance was poor, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. Management seemed unprofessional and focused on grabbing money instead of understanding business ethics. Check carefully before booking. It was a very bad experience.
A good choice for families looking for a low-budget stay. The motel is only a short walk from the private bus stand and a few metres from the central railway station.
A decent place to stay, with a cordial manager. They could improve the availability of drinking water and hot water.
