The team made our family trip feel special, from the booking support on the phone to housekeeping and reception. Everyone was warm and helpful. Mr. Shetty, I’m sorry I can’t remember your first name, deserves a special thank you for all his help during our stay. I also wish I’d thanked everyone in person for the thoughtful Diwali sweets. We spent three nights at Global Inn & Suites, Mangalore. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the hospitality was among the best I’ve experienced. This is one of the family vacations we’ll remember most. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mangalore.

We arrived at midnight after driving from banglore, and the staff then said our paid booking had been canceled. I had booked through makemytrip that afternoon and called at 9pm to confirm we’d reach around 12am. They confirmed the booking and said check-in was available 24 hours. They denied I’d called until I showed proof. They offered us two matchbox-sized rooms, each only big enough for one person to sleep. When we protested, they said they were having an inconvenience. The staff were mannerless and shouldn’t be in hospitality. There are other options in the area. Avoid this place at any cost.

There are lots of restaurants right in front of the hotel, and you can find an auto cab there for sightseeing. The location is great, the room was spacious and clean, and they cleaned it every day. Service was prompt, and the staff were helpful. A comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it.
