We'd booked two months ahead, but when we arrived around 10 pm to check in, they said the room wasn't available and cancelled on the spot. Their excuses made no sense, and they didn't even apologize. It felt like they had cancelled us to take more money from another guest. If I could, I'd give zero stars. Worst hotel ever.

The rooms smelled awful and the staff didn't know how to speak to guests. I wouldn't choose this hotel for a staycation. The worst hotel in all of Siliguri.

There were women's hairs in the blankets, and the sheets had stains that looked like suspicious fluids. Staff were rude and so incompetent they wouldn't replace the sheets, and even got close to aggressive. The bathroom door locks didn't work, Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and basic bathroom supplies were missing. A really unpleasant stay. I'd never recommend it.

We were stuck in the heat because there was no electricity or generator. The bed was too narrow and very uncomfortable, and there was no food arrangement. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

There are plenty of food joints just a few yards away, while the hotel itself is in a peaceful spot. Bidhan Market is an easy casual walk, or you can take a rickshaw to panitanki more and catch a bus to the hills. The room was cozy and well furnished, with a handy mirror on the wardrobe, and room service was excellent.
