I left feeling like I’d wasted my money, and the booking made the trip much worse. The place was far from the road in a village and took ages to find. Once there, everything was dirty and smelled bad, including the room, bed, towels, and bedsheets. The kitchen was so filthy that visiting it made me feel sick. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the property refused to provide it. There was no phone in the room or room service, and service overall was very poor. The TV didn’t work, and they wouldn’t repair it. The mattress and pillows had bed bugs, the AC was too small to cool the room, and the bedsheet was terribly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked a deluxe room, but the pictures on the FABwebsite showed premium rooms. They didn’t show the building for the deluxe rooms at all, and the room I got wasn’t even in the property shown in the pictures. That was really disappointing. After I parked, two cars were left behind mine. Since no one at the “RESORT” knew how to drive, I had to move every car myself like a driver. Very disappointing experience.

The check-in took two hours, and then they charged an extra 500 rps per day for the rooms. It felt like a scam. The hotel is hard to recommend: the pictures are misleading, the rooms are dirty and in poor condition, and the pool is away from the hotel. The owner and his wife were both very rude and wouldn’t even let us talk. There was no service at all. Worst hotel to stay in goa.

I never checked in because the hotel and room conditions weren’t good, and the ACs weren’t working. I wouldn’t book through Fab. They didn’t help after the booking, so I’d use another agency.

We spent six days here with family and had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was very good, and the staff were friendly. I’d happily recommend the place.
