Hotel Baga Prime

For what you pay per day, Hotel Baga Prime is nice, and the rooms are clean. The staff are very helpful too. There’s no kitchen at the hotel, but plenty of restaurants are just a short walk away. Staff can bring packaged bottled water right away, though it costs extra. Breakfast isn’t part of the room price. If you want it in your room, let reception know ahead of time. I had a comfortable stay.

Mr. Chandan was helpful throughout our pleasant stay at Baga Prime. We chose the basic 'Superior AC room', and it suited us perfectly. They supplied one water bottle each day and bathroom utilities. There was car and bike parking near the site. I recommend staying here in this peaceful place.

Could you confirm whether Mr Gaurav is the property owner or manager? One of my business clients was contacted through social media about a collaboration for a property review and shoot, and I wanted to check if the request is genuine.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the 2.5k they charge. The rooms are tiny, and the staff can be indifferent or rude for no reason. They were welcoming only until we booked and paid. The linen, towels, and comforter were extremely dirty. We showed them stained towels, but they brought another stained one and said it had been washed, that the mark was stubborn, and the towel was clean. There was no water in the room when we arrived, filtered or mineral, so we had to ask staff for it. They also told us not to talk in the common area outside our room because it disturbed other guests. I could understand that if it had been late or we’d been too loud, but neither was true. We explained they might have mistaken us for the gentleman using the lift while playing a speech on his phone at full volume, but staff still rudely told us not to talk outside our room at all. The one good thing is that it’s close to the beach, and the washroom was clean. Response to Owner: It wasn’t a polite request, as you claim. They were rude even after we explained that we weren’t making the noise. We told them about the dirty linen as soon as we arrived, so please read my review carefully. The pictures shared with us were of your suites on a higher floor. I never said you charged us for filtered water. There was no water at all in the room when we arrived.
