We stayed three nights in an air-conditioned deluxe room with a balcony. It was standard for what we paid, and the food was good quality for the price compared with restaurants outside. The staff were excellent, both in their service and how they treated us. Baga beach is about 1 km away on foot, with kayaking spots along the way. You can rent bikes directly from the stay for longer trips. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it.

The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the room with its balcony was great. My wife and I spent four nights here and had an amazing experience. The location worked well, close to many of the best places that are must-visits. Thanks especially to Mr Sudesh, the owner, for his support and for helping make the stay wonderful. The service and cooperation were much appreciated. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting North Goa.

We found the cottage at very cheap rates around late May and the first week of June. The rooms were good, and the location in anjuna was great. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience, with good choices for breakfast and dinner. Be sure to try their chole bhature if you stay there. The portion and quality are worth it ❤️

I had a great three-night stay and would definitely come back. The room was neat and clean, with good furniture and a comfortable bed. Breakfast tasted very good too. Everyone on staff, including at the front desk, was helpful and cheerful. They arranged what I needed and guided me throughout.

The receptionist was really friendly and gave me great tips on places to see in Goa. This felt more like a homestay than a hotel, with lots of nice places nearby. The rooms were spacious and worth the budget price. My only small concern was that the washroom fittings looked a bit old.
