We booked the Presidential Suite at The Origin Boutique Hotel mainly for its terrace jacuzzi and the luxury stay. The alternate suite we were moved to was smaller and less comfortable, and the jacuzzi couldn’t be used after the glass by the terrace shattered on the first night. It broke again in the same spot the next morning, which made the room feel unsafe. We told the manager we would either leave or needed another Presidential Suite. He was rude and said we were “looking for reasons to check out.” Even after our complaint, the hotel gave that same room to another guest instead of taking it out of use for repairs. As staff moved us, they began dismantling and shattering the whole glass structure by the terrace. That made it clear to us that it had been unsafe. I have a video and will upload it. Both bathrooms had broken towel rods. We were told they were around 2 years old, and the condition suggested poor maintenance and unfinished repairs. At checkout we were charged ₹100 for items worth ₹48, with no advance notice. They’d been placed beside the complimentary coffee and toiletries, which was misleading. For a premium-priced hotel, the safety problems, lost paid amenity, upkeep, dismissive management, and extra charge were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to couples or families until safety and maintenance are properly addressed.

The atmosphere was beautiful and stylish, and the location felt safe and convenient for attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a boiler and safe. It was spotlessly clean, including the fresh, tidy bathroom. The staff were warm, friendly, and efficient, and quick to sort out issues. Mr. Nischal was especially helpful and skilled at handling guests. I had a pleasant, peaceful stay and recommend the hotel.

Baga Beach and the major clubs are close by, so getting around was easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the bathroom had reliable hot and cold water. No bugs or bad smells either. There were a couple of brief power cuts on two days, but they didn’t affect my stay much. Comfortable and convenient for North Goa.

The rooms were beautifully designed, and the hotel’s location in the heart of Goa is a real plus. We stayed two nights at a very affordable rate. The amenities were excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff were professional. I’d highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing getaway, and the staff were supportive and helpful throughout, making everything smooth and comfortable. Origin Boutique Hotel, Goa was also very well maintained, with excellent cleanliness and hygiene. A delightful place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.
