Priscilla helped us out of a difficult situation and was very accommodating even though we’d booked during peak time. Mansi and Akshay at reception were warm and efficient, making check-in easy. Naitik and Valencio went the extra mile in the dining area during breakfast and dinner, with excellent service, hospitality, and recommendations. The location is convenient, and the comfortable rooms have good amenities. Housekeeping could be a little more thorough. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the à la carte menu had good choices. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the hotel had a peaceful, family-friendly feel. Their hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. One concern: stricter breakfast buffet rules would help. We saw food wasted, unnecessary ordering at a self-serve buffet, rude behavior toward staff, and loud disruptions in the shared breakfast area by some guests, which affected the experience.

We spent three nights and four days as a family of four in Room # 107, a Junior Suite with Pool View, and found the stay well worth the price. The suite was exceptionally spacious, with a large balcony and a sitting area. Breakfast had a decent spread and two live counters. It could be improved, though it wasn’t a major issue. There were a few issues with my initial booking and some mid-understanding, but Duty Manager Ms. Shatabdi and Reservations Manager Ms. Fatima made sure my family and I were well looked after. The staff were responsive and attentive, and the hotel handled our stay professionally.

The restaurant staff were great, though the food took a long time to arrive on the nights we ate there. Vivek at the bar was friendly and helpful. Mohit arranged our transport, and Hanuman drove us. We spent a relaxing four-day break at Radisson Resort Goa Baga after travelling around India. The hotel transport picked us up at the airport, with Sarvesh driving. He knew Goa well and gave us a useful introduction. Check-in was easy, and our room was amazing. A great break overall.

The location is okay, neither great nor bad, and the staff are courteous. For 6.5k per night, the spacious rooms, decent amenities, and access to the fitness centre and pool make this place amazing value. The breakfast buffet was decent too, and I couldn’t ask for more at that price. The washroom had an odor, probably from the water, and that needs attention. I’d love to come again, but I’d also book a beachside cottage for easier beach access.
